DANGER OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
REMEMBER Under no circumstances should any IR window be fitted within the following minimum dialectric clearances! 5 Kv Equipment no less than 4 inches!! 15 Kv Equipment no less than 6 inches!! Under no circumstances can the minimum clearances be compromised |

Peel off the backing of the template and place the fitting template supplied with your IRISS window in the position that you wish to fit the window. NOTE: Please keep the backing as this contains the instructions for the installation of your window |

Using a centre punch mark all the drilling points and then using a 22mm holesaw or cone drill cut a hole where indicated in the centre of the label.

Using a 5mm drill bit drill out the 5 fixing holes where indicated on the label.

Using the electro-hydraulic punch and the 75mm cutting die, cut out the 75mm hole where indicated. We would recommend that you read and follow the manufacturers instructions prior to completing this phase of the installation |

Line up the IRISS window with the gaskets on the outside of the panel / assembly, align the 5 fixing holes and insert the 5 screws through the thrust plate into the main body. Tighten the screws to 0.2Nm (Fully by hand) and replace the panel into its normal operating mode. |

Ensure that the front cover is fixed into position.Your IRISS window is now ready for use. CAUTION |
